Martin is responsible for overseeing all legal matters for REACH.

Prior to joining REACH Martin held various senior positions within the telecommunications sector in Asia including General Cousel for C2C, General Counsel for AsiaNetcom and Chief Counsel Asia Pacific for BTplc. Martin has been based in Hong Kong since 1996 and has been working in telecommunications since 1994.

Martin is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales and holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Manchester.
