NOTICE OF WHOLESALE RATES
FOR CATEGORY A DESTINATIONS

In accordance with the Telecommunications Authority's Statement"Application by PCCW-HKT Limited for Reclassification of Mainland China Routes as Category A and Declaration of Non-Dominance in the Retail Market for External Call Services Over Mainland China Routes" dated 17th January 2001, PCCW-HKT International Limited hereby publishes the rates under which it will provide delivery of calls to the destinations set out in Appendix CATA-1 below for FTNS, PMRS, PCS and ETS licensees pursuant to its Fixed Telecommunication Network Services. The rates in the following appendix will supersede any previously published rates for the same destinations. Rates to other destinations remain unchanged.

PUBLIC RADIOCOMMUNICATIONS SERVICE LICENCE
TELECOMMUNICATION ORDINANCE (Chapter 106)

In accordance with Special Condition 11 of the Public Radiocommunications Service (PRS) Licence, PCCW-HKT Telephone Limited (formerly Cable & Wireless HKT Telephone Limited), PCCW-HKT International Limited (formerly Cable & Wireless HKT International Limited) (PCCWHKTI) and PCCW-HKT CAS Limited (formerly Cable & Wireless HKT CAS Limited) (the Company) hereby announce that all telecommunication services currently provided by the Company under the PRS licence will be undertaken by PCCWHKTI. PCCWHKTI will continuously and solely provide the services in its own name with effect from 7th February, 2001.

In accordance with Special Condition 11 of the Public Radiocommunications Service Licence, PCCW-HKT International Limited hereby publishes the Tariff Schedule comprising the tariffs, the terms and conditions under which it will solely provide the following telecommunication services with effect from 7th February, 2001.
