FIXED TELECOMMUNICATION NETWORK SERVICES
LICENCE
TELECOMMUNICATION ORDINANCE (Chapter 106)
In accordance with General Condition 20 of the Fixed Telecommunication Network Services Licence (FTNS), PCCW-HKT Telephone Limited (formerly Cable & Wireless HKT Telephone Limited) (PCCWHKTC), PCCW-HKT International Limited (formerly Cable & Wireless HKT International Limited) (PCCWHKTI) and PCCW-HKT CAS Limited (formerly Cable & Wireless HKT CAS Limited) (the Company) hereby announce that all telecommunication services currently provided by the Company under the FTNS licence will be undertaken by PCCWHKTC and PCCWHKTI. PCCWHKTC and PCCWHKTI will continuously and separately provide the services in their own name with effect from 31st January, 2001.
In accordance with General Condition 20 of the Fixed Telecommunication Network Services (FTNS) Licence, PCCW-HKT Telephone Limited (PCCWHKTC) hereby publishes the Tariff Schedule comprising the tariffs, the terms and conditions under which it will provide telecommunication services with effect from 31st January, 2001.
With the exception of services listed below, PCCWHKTC will continuously provide all telecommunication services, which have been provided by PCCW-HKT Telephone Limited, PCCW-HKT International Limited and PCCW-HKT CAS Limited under the FTNS Licence just before 31st January, 2001, in its own name to customers at the same published tariffs and terms and conditions.

In accordance with General Condition 20 of the Fixed Telecommunication Network Services (FTNS) Licence, PCCW-HKT International Limited (PCCWHKTI) hereby publishes the Tariff Schedule comprising the tariffs, the terms and conditions under which it will provide the following telecommunication services with effect from 31st January, 2001.
PCCWHKTI will continuously provide all the following telecommunication services, which have been provided by PCCW-HKT Telephone Limited, PCCW-HKT International Limited and PCCW-HKT CAS Limited under the FTNS Licence just before 31st January, 2001, in its own name to customers at the same published tariffs and terms and conditions. Tariff revisions, if any, made to the services subsequent to the Gazette No. are also applicable.
