FIXED TELECOMMUNICATION
NETWORK SERVICES LICENCE
TELECOMMUNICATION ORDINANCE (Chapter 106)
In accordance with General Condition 20 of the Fixed Telecommunication Network Services (FTNS) License, Cable & Wireless HKT Telephone Limited, Cable & Wireless HKT International Limited, Cable & Wireless HKT CAS Limited (collectively "the Company") hereby publishes the revised terms and conditions under which it will provide the following telecommunication services.
Part XI
- INTERNATIONAL TV
FULL TIME SERVICE
Part XII
- INTERNATIONAL TV OCCASIONAL
SERVICE
Part XIII
- WORLD BROADCAST SERVICE
Clause 8.2, published in Gazette No. 38/1998 S. No.6, as listed below, of each of the above Services shall be deleted.
| "8.2 | The Service must be used by the Customer or its Affiliates and must not directly or indirectly be used by any other person (whether for gain or otherwise). " |
