FIXED TELECOMMUNICATION NETWORK SERVICES LICENCE
TELECOMMUNICATION ORDINANCE (Chapter 106)
In accordance with General Condition 20 of
the Fixed Telecommunication Network Services (FTNS) License, Cable &
Wireless HKT Telephone Limited, Cable & Wireless HKT International Limited,
Cable & Wireless HKT CAS Limited (collectively "the Company")
hereby publishes the revised terms and conditions under which it will provide
the follow

- INTERNATIONAL TV OCCASIONAL SERVICE |

Part XIII |
- WORLD BROADCAST SERVICE |
Clause 8.2, published in Gazette No. 38/1998 S. No.6, as listed below, of each of the above Services shall be deleted.

The Service must be used by the Customer or its Affiliates and must not directly or indirectly be used by any other person (whether for gain or otherwise). " |
