TELECOMMUNICATION ORDINANCE (Chapter 106)

In accordance with General Condition 20 of the Fixed Telecommunication Network Services (FTNS) Licence, Cable & Wireless HKT Telephone Limited, Cable & Wireless HKT International Limited and Cable & Wireless HKT CAS Limited (collectively " the Company ") hereby publishes the revised terms and conditions under which it will provide the following telecommunication services.

IPLC DDS Discount Plan - Platinum Discount Plan

Supplement to Guidance Notes for Platinum Discount Plan (Appendix IPLC_Px.I.G.4) published in Gazette No. 6/2000 S. No.6.

4.	Up Front Payment In the event that the Customer wishes to pay up front, a discount factor will be applied as agreed between the Company and the Customer. However, the discount factor is capped by the following formula. Up Front Payment Discount per annum = 12 Months Exchange Fund Bill Rate + 3%
